How I stand out from other consultants
I know my trade and I’m good at what I do – cocky maybe but none the less true. Just ask my customers.
But that goes for a lot of consultants – that’s not ground breaking. What makes me stand out and excel in my field is all the other things I bring to the table.

I am a corporate Swiss army knife and a sucker for structure, stakeholder management, playful working and transparency which for me are key elements in my work.
Honestly and Transparency
I am honest and I call it as I see it – of
course with respect for the process and the organisation – I will point out if the emperor doesn’t have any clothes on.
Enthusiasm and a pragmatic mindset
I come with a pragmatic problem solving mindset and a can-do attitude and I get things done!
I am enthusiastic and I bring a lot of energy to the table. I bring my whole self to work and I engage in my task and the people around with everything I am.
Team player to the bone
I am a team player to the bone – if the team shines I shine – it is NOT
about me it’s the team effort. As a consultant I believe my main task is to bring value for the customer and when handing over the baton things are in a better state than when I received the baton.
From Social Educator to
Independent Consultant
I’m a strong believer in lifelong learning which you can also tell by my resume.
I’ve always been fascinated by people and understanding why they act as they do. I started my career as a Social Educator working with young people with special needs. When I had my first child I decided that I wanted to explore my creative side further and took a AP Graduate in Design, Technology and Business. During my studies I had my second child and the financial crisis made it’s entrance and took the job opportunities with it.
But that was OK because I was eager to learn more – which took me to Aalborg University where I finished a bachelor in Information Science and shortly after I landed my dream job as a UX Designer at Bang & Olufsen.
One thing that all of the above have in common is PEOPLE whether it’s how they interact with each other, how they react to different types of visual messages, the interaction with technology or how they thrive.
I am forever grateful that I have had the opportunity to explore this from so many different perspectives – that gives me a diverse and unique understanding of people and how they interact and how they are in the world.
Since I’ve added a lot of other stuff to my resume such as a certification in Project Management and LEGO Serious Play Method, a Scrum Master and a Process Consultant – plus a lot of other courses.
In 2020 I took the leap, registered my company 59BEARS and became an independent consultant and I LOVE it.
I’ve had the pleasure to work with some of the big brands in Denmark such as Bang & Olufsen, Norlys, VELUX and The LEGO Group but also some smaller businesses.
