LEGO® Serious Play® is a method used to facilitate meetings, communication and problem solving – to make the unconcreted concrete creating a strong foundation for your further work e.g. problem solving, project, team dynamic or strategy.
Participants use LEGO Bricks to build metaphors for e.g. their challenges, ideas or strategies fostering hands-on, minds-on collaboration. This powerful approach helps individuals visualise abstract concepts, break down complex issues, and engage in deeper conversations.

We meet and align expectations. We talk about your intentions with the LSP® workshop and your desired outcome. Who are the participants etc.
2. Planning the LSP® Workshop
Based on our conversation I design the LSP® workshop so fits your needs.
3. Let's build
It's time for the workshop. I will facilitate the workshop based on the intention and desired outcome. I will document the process as we go along to capture the important decisions so you can just lean in.
4. Next step
Depending on your need this is where we look at the outcome of the workshop. How do you use the learnings? Maybe you want to continue working with a specific topic.

What can I use LEGO® Serious Play® for?

Do I need to buy a lot of LEGO Bricks?
- There are three options:
You rent the LEGO bricks from me - I bring the LEGO Bricks needed and you buy them from me.
- You buy your own LEGO Bricks and bring them to the workshop.
Some like to display their final models in the office to remind them the day and what they agreed on – then I recommend buying your own LEGO Bricks.
How many people can participate in a LEGO® Serious Play® workshop?
I would say min 3-4 participants, max 10 participants.
If you have a larger group than 10 you will need additional facilitators – but that can also be arranged 🙂
your investment
For a half day workshop, you will need to select a single focus: either team development or self-development. This ensures enough time to dive deeply into the chosen area, allowing participants to gain meaningful insights and outcomes.
If you would like to explore both team and self-development, a full-day workshop is recommended. This extended format provides the time needed to effectively address both objectives maximising the benefits of individuals and the team as a whole.
